ORDERING & AVAILABILITY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
France & EU: 2–8 business days.
International: 5–10 business days depending on customs clearance
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
PAYMENTS & TAXES
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
For EU customers, prices include applicable local taxes & duties.
For International customers, local taxes & customs duties are not included in the prices and may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by local custom authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes you can return bags that are not limited editions within 14days.
For the limited editions, due to the numbered nature of our pieces, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
