Can I reserve a bag in advance?

You can sign up to be notified when pre-orders go live. Priority will be given to our Collector Tribe email list.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

France & EU: 2–8 business days.

International: 5–10 business days depending on customs clearance

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

PAYMENTS & TAXES

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.

Are taxes included in the price?

Prices include applicable local taxes & customs duties for International customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my bag?

Yes you can return bags that are not limited editions within 14days.

For the limited editions, due to the numbered nature of our pieces, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
