We want you to fall in love with your ISIANOLA piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and secure return process.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact.

• Personalized or limited-edition items may be non-returnable unless defective.

- Final "sale items" are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

1. please go to My account or email us at returns@isianola.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send you a prepaid UPS return label by email. 

3. Repack the item using original packaging and include your invoice or order confirmation.

4. Drop off at a UPS location or schedule a pickup directly with UPS.

5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or order error

6.  All returns should be shipped to 48, Rue de Seine, 92700, Colombes, France.

Exchanges

• We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

• To exchange, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
